I didn't lose any weight last week, but I didn't expect to. I was just happy n ot to gain any. I enjoyed my weekend in DC to the fullest for sure! We saw alot of the monuments and memorials. THe Lincoln Memorial was amazing, we saw the Jefferson, Washington Monument, and went to the American and Natural history museum. It was amazing. I am hoping to go back to see the National Zoo because we didn't get a chance to see it and we promised the girls. The Cherry Blossoms where amazing. I thin that make the whole trip.

This week has been a little hard. I worked out tuesday, and workedout yesterday, becaue I moved an ass ton of stuff for my mom to her new place. ITs really nice to have just my little family in the house again. I love my mom but hey I need to be with my family ya know. SHe is happy to have her place, but says she is gonna miss the girls. THere ar eother things I want to say, but can't post them here, because some people can't know.

I am working on losing weight, but today my thigh was killing me. I mean I even got on elliptical to work otu but couldn't push through the pain in my thigh. Oh well hopefully the rest of the week is bet ter.

THree weeks down

So its been six days since I posted. I know its been a long time, but I have been so busy trying to get ahead for this weekend. So we can enjoy our fun weekend in DC and no freaking college homework to do. YAY ME! I have lost another 3 pounds. I am down 9.6lbs. That really makes me happy. I just wish I could just get back into the groove a little better, but I know soon I will. All this school working is just distracting me and prooving to be harder than I expected. I have completed it all and will thoroughly enjoy my weekend. So back to my rest and then working out. I did do a 20m walk this morning and 1hr at the zoo. I have been working out but not everyday like I should I will get back to it.

Day 17

So the last few days have been hard but I am trying my hardest to keep up with it all. I did 45min on the elliptical tonight. I wanted an hour but just couldn't keep up with it. My body is yelling at me to slow down. Just a busy time of year ya know. I burned about700 cal and I am happy with that. I am gonna go a few toning exercises and call it quits. I hope you all are having a wonderful time.

Two weeks down

So i have lost 1.5 lbs more so that makes a total of 6.5 so far. I am on my path to my goal. I didn't do much working out yesterday besides thrift store hopping. I mean it is alot of walking. Today was a differnt story. I spend and hour and half walking and chasing toddlers around the Botanical Garden. I then spent two hours planting rose bushing. My knees are killing me from all the bending. I sure wish i had the joints of a 26 yr old and not an old lady...I have to many sports injuries to have a painless 20s. Oh well.

Day 14



So the last day of week two is down and I am feeling ok about the week. I know I didn't do as well as I should have this week. I am getting there though. I didn't work out yesterday, because I just didnt' have the energy in me. I did make up for it today. We spent 2hrs thrift store shopping and I spent an hour on the elliptical. I burned 529 cal the first 30 min and 524 the second 30min so a total of 1054 cal today. I feel good about that. Some day I will be able to do that everyday. Well here is to a great weigh in tomorrow in the am.

Day 12


Well today went alright. I hated my biology class, but who doesn't I guess. I worked out on the elliptical and burned 544.0 cal. I felt great afterwards. Now I feel the downhill slide into a beautiful night of sleep. I love working out just before bed. I hope you all have a great night.

Day 10 and 11



So yesterday I didn't do a workout on the elliptical but I did spend 2 hrs walking around the zoo with four toddlers. That is enough workout for anyone. I probably burned just as much calories doing that then I would on my elliptical.

So today was Lyla's bday. I didn't eat well by any means. I had cake and ice cream and I folded adn had a second piece as well. Lyla said I had to have a piece of cake since I helped her make it but the second was all me. I worked out twice on the elliptical. 20min for the second for a burn of 270 calories and the first was 30min for 510 cal. I feel good about about this. I did 15min on the wii or a burn of 100 cal giving me a total of 881 cal burned. I am very happy. Off to spend time with the little ladies.
