I didn't want to work out when I got home and I kept trying to talk my self out of it, but my mind just wouldn't let me do it. I WORKED OUT even though I really didn't want to. I did it and I am so freaking proud of myself.
Oh and the big weight in.....I am now 5lbs down. well 5.1 I am truly happy with this and I hope I keep loosing every week and just keep making progress. yay me!
